I swear I would not have enjoyed Lyon if it weren't for Estelle! After work, she took me on a long tur of Lyon. Then, the next day, we had another tour and had dinner at her place. Her son Celestin immediately put me at ease by saying I could talk in English.  Then, we talked about all the stuff I watch on TV5 Monde, and they told me that they can even taste the difference between ordinary french milk and milk from the farm! They really take gastronomy seriously!

I had a roommate in Florence, Tiago from Portugal, who suggested we share a wash load together. It was a great idea because it costs 3 euros to wash  and another 3 euros for the dryer!

Our tour guide said, every day you will see at least one visitor to the Musee de l'Orangerie clutching his chest, choking back tears from seeing Monet's Waterlilies. On the day I visited, I think that visitor was me!

So, sinubukan ko mag-tour ng Louvre in one day. Nag-lunch ako sandali tapos nung babalik na ako sa museum, ayaw kumilos ng legs ko! :D

Hostel living

Ok, Jack's phone didn't really fall on me, but it fell on my bed from above. That's when I decided to introduce myself to everyone in the room, so we wouldn't be strangers. Later, Jack would give me an extra slice of pie he bought at a boulangerie. Maddy really did help help a guy find the restroom in the middle of the night. I never saw the guy's face because he was out all night and covered in blankets in the morning! :D

Paris adventure time!

May guy sa hostel, Edward from Sweden, first timer din at inalok ako mag-explore kami ng Paris together. Sabi ko, gusto ko sana pero by that time na nakarating ako ng 5PM sa hostel, pagod na pagod na ako. Ang dami ko ngang ininom na tubig sa bar :D Iniwan ko sya at umakyat ako para magpahinga. Pagbalik ko syempre, wala na siya. Nakita ko pa yata siya ulit some other day at lonely boy talaga sya. Siguro na-trauma sa rejection ko... :(
