Dog bite 2

My dad got bit by our dog last year. He went to RITM to get treated and he only had to pay a small amount thanks to his Philhelth and Senior citizen discount.
This year my neighbor was bitten by her dog and she was told that RITM doesn't treat ordinary dog bites anymore unless they are bitten in the face or neck area.
